Community Picnic Reschedule Information
Hayes Township Park & Recreation Committee officially invite everyone to our
Community Picnic on it’s new day, Saturday, September 5th!
Join us at Hayes Township Park Camp Sea Gull from Noon-3 for lunch, live music, games, and live music off the shores of Lake Charlevoix.
We have so many unique and fun items for our silent auction-stay tuned for a sneak peek!
Mark your calendars for Saturday, September 5th, and plan to join us for a fun afternoon and fundraising auction to support our parks.
In the case of inclement weather, the picnic will be held at the Hayes Township Hall, same day and time.
Looking forward to seeing everyone on September 5th!
Community Picnic for Saturday, August 1st–Cancelled
Due to the most recent weather reports, out of an abundance of caution, our Park and Recreation Committee has decided to cancel our Community Picnic, scheduled for Saturday, August 1st. Summer weather in northern Michigan can be unpredictable, and a very rainy day is predicted.
We are working on a date to reschedule. Please check the website for the most up to date information. We will have all the goodies, live music, games, and silent auction items for the rescheduled afternoon picnic.

Data Center Advisory Group Meeting
The Data Center Advisory Group meeting scheduled for Wednesday, July 29th has been moved to Wednesday, August 5, at 6:30pm.
The meeting will be held at the Hayes Township Hall.
