Planning Commission April 16, 2019 Meeting

Team Elmer’s Application for a Special Use Permit to allow them to locate and operate a Concrete Batch Plant resulted in a hearing having been held by the Planning Commission on March 12, 2019.

At that meeting, Team Elmer’s requested the matter be postponed until the April 16, 2019 Planning Commission meeting. A few days later, Team Elmer’s requested the matter be further postponed until the June 18, 2019 meeting. As a result of this request, the Planning Commission at their April 16th meeting will act on the request to postpone consideration on Team Elmer’s Special Use Permit Application to the June 18, 2019 meeting.

No other action in regard to Team Elmer’s Special Use Permit Application will take place at the April 16, 2019 meeting.
