Ordinance prohibiting marihuana establishments within Hayes Township

Recently the Hayes Township Board passed a recreational marijuana ordinance that does not allow recreational marijuana establishments in the Township.

Ordinance No. 081219 was adopted on the 12th day of August , 2019 within Hayes Township, county of Charlevoix Michigan.
