On Wednesday evening, 7 amazing first responders were awarded a ‘Save a life’ pin.  This award reflects a life that they saved during a call.  We know that one of these lives saved was a Hayes Township resident, and are so thankful for the skills and quick thinking of the EMS professional on-call, that person is with us today.

To all of our brave first responders–we thank you and salute you!

Hayes Township Residents: We are on the search for a set of recliners for our host couple.  They have been doing such a great job at the park we want them to have somewhere comfortable to relax after the mowing, weed pulling, boat launch assistance, and the million other things they do each day to help keep our park looking beautiful.

If anyone is looking to re-home a few recliners in great/very good condition, please call our office at (231)547-6961.

Thank you!

Yesterday, several members of the EMS delivered a huge box of non-perishable food to the hall for our free pantry.  Their contribution will help keep our pantry stocked for our community.  Thank you so much for this donation!

This was our largest turnout yet!  What a beautiful afternoon of fantastic conversation and community fellowship.

We love seeing our neighbors each month–and meeting new ones!

Thank you to everyone for making this such a successful and fun Hayes Township tradition.
