February Treasurer Hours

Hayes Township Residents: It’s that time of year again, and property taxes are due.  You can make payments on-line through the website, mail in, left in the drop box, or paid in person.  You can pay during regular office hours, Monday 9am-12am, Tuesday, 3:30-6:15, Wednesday 11am-3pm.  Treasurer Julie Collard will hold office hours on Wednesday, February 11th, from 10am-12pm.  She will also have hours on Tuesday, February 17th (the last day winter taxes are due without penalty), from 9am-11am.  Deputy Clerk April Hilton will receive tax payments on behalf of Julie on that same day, Tuesday the 17th, from Noon-2.

Julie will be in the office from 9am-5pm on Monday, March 2nd.  This is the last day to pay summer/winter taxes to the township.  Any payments made after March 2nd go to the Charlevoix County Treasurer.
